Handled Abroad Handled Abroad

Mexico · pharmacies, shops, hotels, and the person who picks up

When someone nearby needs what you sell, we call you first.
Si de verdad lo tienes.— if you actually have it. That is the whole deal.

Handled Abroad is the English-speaking traveler’s phone call in Spanish — in Mexico. They type “sunscreen SPF 50” or “a flat tire, today.” We ring up to three local businesses and come back with who has it. Trusted vendors are the shops we prefer among those that can actually help — two partners per category per Mexican city. Extra doors in that city do not take a second seat. Central America is phase two, not on this board.

How the call is earned

Paid placement that still has to be true

Travelers trust the answer because we called. A partner who does not have the item does not get recommended. The boost is among shops that already qualify — open, in reach, and likely to help.

STEP 1

Find who is actually there

The directory is searched for the kind of shop and the thing named. Closed, too far, or the wrong kind of place never enters the card of three.

STEP 2

Keep who can help

We still call. Stock, a room, a mechanic on duty — the traveler sees what was confirmed, not a sponsored listing pretending to be an answer.

STEP 3

Prefer the partner

Among matches, a trusted vendor is called first and shown with a Partner mark. Two seats per category per city, so the boost still means something.

The line we will not cross. A partner never outranks a shop that has the thing when you do not. Travelers would stop trusting the answer, and then nobody gets the call — including you.

Quoted by the shape of the business

Not one price. The errand is not one errand.

A pharmacy in Cancún is a different partnership from a banner across the catalog. We quote in Mexican pesos from what you sell, how many of those Mexican cities you want, and how many doors you have in total. Central America is later.

Pharmacy & clinic

Highest traveler volume today. Inventory questions, a dose, a pediatric syrup at 9 p.m. Chains and independents both fit.

Auto, locksmith, urgent

Fewer searches, higher intent. A rental with a flat tire does not browse. Being the first competent shop we reach is the product.

Hotel & restaurant

Availability, a table, a room that takes a dog. Lower frequency than a pharmacy, higher ticket when the call converts.

A starting number, not a contract

Sketch a quote from type, cities, and doors

Quoted in Mexican pesos, for Mexico. We sell seats in a catalog of 45 Mexican tourist cities and large metros — Caribbean, Pacific, Colonial, Metros — two partners per category per city. You pick how many of those cities, and how many doors you have in total — up to ten per city on this sketch. Cities set most of the month. Extra doors add a small lift, not another seat. Founding partners pay a quarter of list for twelve months. One monthly invoice — we do not bill per errand. El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and the rest of Central America are not on this board.

Click a city to add it, click again to remove it. Two partners per category per city. If a city is closed, both seats there are taken.

Per-city price falls as you add cities. Extra doors add a little.

Cities set most of the month. The sketch allows ten doors per city. Ten per city add about a quarter over one per city, not ten independents. Beyond that is custom.

While the app is new

You are not buying traffic we do not have yet

Shops will not pay for an empty marketplace. The founding offer is a scarce Partner seat at a locked monthly rate — seventy-five percent off list for a year. One invoice. No metering, no per-call paperwork.

Seventy-five percent off list, locked a year. Founding price is a quarter of the later list rate, held for twelve months so you are not punished when the calls show up.
Cities get cheap fast. Adding cities barely lifts the month, and the price per city falls hard — all 45 is about two and a half independents, not forty-five.
Two seats per category per city. You are buying preference among shops that can actually help. Extra doors in a city you hold do not take a second seat.
Pick from the Mexico catalog. Caribbean, Pacific, colonial, and metro cities are on the board. A chain quotes a count of those cities, and up to ten doors in each. Extra doors raise the month a little. We still only call in the Mexican cities you bought.

What the partnership is

Preference on the call list. Not a billboard.

First among equals. When you match the errand, you are in the first three we consider, and first we dial.
A mark travelers can see. The result says Partner. Paid placement that hides itself trains people to ignore the list.
You asked to be called. Partners lift the usual once-a-month cap. We still never ring at odd hours, and we still introduce ourselves as an AI assistant.
Seats are scarce on purpose. Two partners per category per city. When both are taken, that city is closed.
The shop on the other end is respected. Three calls per errand, not thirty. A partner is not buying a call center dumping leads.
Cities set most of the price. Adding Cancún and Monterrey is two seats and a higher month. Extra doors, up to ten per city, add a small lift — not another independent’s fee per counter.
